The Yamaha YZF R6S is the Cheapest. The Sticker Price is usually $8,299 because it is basicly a carry over of the 2005 Model.

However the New R6 is pretty much completely revamped and starts at $9,499.

Both are great Bikes. I just recently bought the 08 R6 and enjoy it a bit more than the R6S my Wife has.

The YZF R6 is cheapest. There was a YZF600R which is like what the ZZR600 is to the ZX-6 of Kawasaki. Kinda like the R6 little brother. that is cheaper. Still 600CCs but tuned differently and with a uni-seat.
