  1. bolivia is the cheapest place (1bls = 6 dolars) then argentina ( 1 peso = 3 dolars)

  2. Paraguay is dirt cheap.....but I think you would enjoy Argentina more than anything.....Our dollar is very powerful there......I found everything to be pretty decently priced....plus its a beautiful country....I had a blast there and the people were pretty nice....

Buenos Aires is like being in a European city....I didn't feel I was in South America...

  3. The best place with a lot of things to do is the Patagonia argentina. It has the most beautiful scenaries in Argentina. If you want to find turictic information about the Patagonia and the South in Argentina visit http://viaggi.patagonia-argentina.com You will find all you need to travel to the Patagonia.

  4. If you're looking for super cheap, rule out Brazil and Argentina.  They are both cheap by American standards, but not as cheap as other Latin American countries.  Chile is more expensive as well.  I would look more at Mexico and Colombia for cheap places to visit, but stay off the tourist-beaten path and stay in smaller towns.  I'm not really sure about Venezuela, but I know it was cheap about five or ten years ago.  Good luck!

  5. u can try Guyana its English speaking bordered by Brazil,Venezuela and surname it is also a Caribbean country close to the ocean, nice sceneries,we also have a rich jungle which is totally untouched we have Savannah's,valleys and mountains.try goggle guyana and u will see  more stuff
