Which one is good a plain glass or a photocromatic glass ?

I have low eye sight (-6 D).Is it ok to wear photocromatic glasses for me?

I assume you mean photochromic, as in the kind of lenses that darken when you go outdoors?

If so, photochromic glasses are a great option no matter what your prescription is.  It makes your everyday pair of glasses a little more versatile.  They will lighten completely to clear when you go indoors, so it won't affect the acuity of your vision.

The only thing to consider is that these lenses do not darken in the car (they are UV activated...which modern windshields filter out).  Thus, your best protection would also be to get a pair of prescription sunglasses for driving
