which one is harder and which one should i take ?

Math II is harder than Math I. The main difference is that math II has more advanced concepts and you are expected to have completed pre-calculus, 2 years of algebra and geometry, while with Math I you will only be expected to know algebra and geometry. Most colleges prefer you take Math II and some won't even accept Math I scores.
