Question:

Which one is more healthy for you: Hawaiian Punch or a soft drink?

I think that both are just as equally unhealthy for you because they both contain a lot of sugar but my boyfriend thinks otherwise…

  1. You would have to look at the labels. They both contain a high amount of sugar and probably empty calories... Diet soda would be healthier due to the fact it is not any calories or sugar (but then that makes you wonder what it is...)

  3. A can of coke has 5 teaspoons of sugar.

  4. Hawiian Punch. If u have ever put a tooth in a bottle of soda overnight, the soda will dissolve it because of some acid in the soda (don't worry, there isn't enough acid to destroy your teeth by drinking it, but it does effect your teeth a teensy bit). I don't believe that Hawaiian Punch has that acid, so thus even though both are basically sugar water,  Hawaiian Punch is better for you, but only marginally.

    Plus it rocks flavor wise =)

  5. Hawaiian Punch. At least you can add alittle more water to it. Guess you could do the same with the soft drink. However in my case I would drink water instead. More healthier.

  7. actually Hawaiian Punch (fruit punch) is almost twice as bad as soft drinks because of all the extra sugur all the calories and carbs almost double. but they r both majorly unheathy and should only be drank in moderation.  GOOD LUCK =]

  8. Good question. I never really looked at the nutritioun info on Hawaiian Punch but I always hear that soda contains a lot of sugar. Either way, I have a severe soda addiction and will probably never give it up.
