To answer your question, if you are flamboyant BMW, if you are steady Merc.

However I am in the opinion that there are more choices for a businessman to only limit  themself to choose BMW or Merc.  There are plenty of other high profile cars available to match business profile. Lexus, Jaguar, Mitsuoka, Daimler, MG Rover are some of the big cars that are limited in addition. It comes with prestige sometimes............. to own rare collection............

as for me... BMW for those sporty guy while Benz is for old guy.. and for me, i prefer BMW 745li..

i think beemer coz it is know for its fuel saver engine..survey first.. now people are going for fuel savers...merc will cost u a fortune on fuel and maintainence...

BMW or MNERC are really not suitable for a "businessman".  Why waste the money ?

These vehicles are more suitable for those who do not have to use their own money to show off ...like some CMs or head of Dept.....

With fuel prices sky high- I would rather have a Kancil....

Hubby drives a 5-series.

Benz has always given me the impression of typical Chinaman businessman's ride.
