Which one is the prenatal vitamin???

Question

Im currently pregnant and was prescribed a prenatal vitamin and an iron supplement. I forgot which is which and I was told to stop taking the iron sup and continue with the prenatal. I've tried looking them up on the net with no luck. One is called Tandem DHA Capsule USP and the other is Dualvit F Capsule RIV. Please if you know which is which please help??? Thanks in advance!!!

Tandem DHA is the Prenate VIT.

Dualvit F Capsule is the iron tablet and the Tandem DHA Capsule has folic acid, to prevent any neural tube defects!!!
