  1. hacking emails would be illegal, because that way you get to know a lot of personal info.

hope to helped you out =)

  2. Hacking e-mails....

Everyone downloads music illegally.. Not illegal music...

  3. Depends on the judge and jury  at the trial.

  4. In the eyes of the law both are illegal activities, but on a personal basis I would say that hacking into another persons email account or any other part of their system is not only illegal, it's also immoral and I would consider that the worst of the two.

People who download through P2P sites take their chances, but the music / video industry revolves around money, and their biggest argument is that they are losing royalty fees by users sharing music, videos etc.  So they choose easy targets, the soft option, whereas a hacker is devious and untrustworthy and may also seek person identification to then carry out Identity Theft and Fraud, or even blackmail.

  5. Hacking is worse because it's invasion of privacy that can eventually cause the person (being hacked) to lose everything in more ways that one.

Downloading music may be illegal, but the musicians are still making more than the people buying their music. They should be grateful they're even making money because they could have just as easily been rejected by the fans and the record company.

  6. well reading someones mail is a federal offense so yeah e-mail is just the same illegal downloading you get fined for a lot of money

  7. hacking some one's email is very personal and evil
