Diet Coke is disgusting. Coke Zero isn't bad going down but it leaves a bad after taste.

for health, diet coke, it has more sodium. But really, there both pretty close, i always picked diet coke, because it has a bit more sodium, and some other stuff, but coke zero has a bit of a aftertaste. But i guess id pick coke zero.

For Health... neither. They are both horrible for you. Even if you just drink diet soda... give it up completely for a year and you can loose 10-20 pounds!
