Which one of my QB's should I use?

I have these 2, which would I get more points with?

- Marc Bulger

or

- David Garrard

Start Bulger, he will get you more points then Garrard, Jacksonville is a run first teams and are capable of running alot because they have 2 runningbacks that could start on any team.  The Rams will throw more then the Jaguars will.  If Bulger can stay healthy and the Offensive line can stay healthy, he can probably be a top ten fantasy QB by the end of the season.  Look at the Jags receiving corp, they dont have a legit #1 WR.

Garrard.  He is Mr. Consistancy.  He won't be great but he won't do bad either.
