the mc canns arent important enough to be protected at such a high level . its a shame nobody thinks madeline is important enough to get the truth

None....the case was shelved because of the inept way in which it was handled.  So many leaks to the media, but not factual information, forensics found nothing, UK investigators also went over the scene and still found nothing.

Portuguese police enjoyed leaking false info to the media, which the media then embellished.....look at the facts not the stories surrounding them.

Interesting that one of the cops leading the inquiry is also due to appear in court accused with others of covering up an assault by police on a Portuguese woman whose child had disappeared.  

Yes, the McCanns were wrong to leave the children alone, but that does not make them guilty of anything else, and there is still a young girl out there somewhere who may never be found.
