  1. I believe its right after the one that forbids holy people to marry and right before the one that permits them to blow up abortion clinics.

  2. Most religions believe the Commandment "Keep holy the Sabbath Day" means going to church.  However, there is no commandment which empirically states that you must attend church.  When the commandments happened, the Jews had no church/synagogue or temple.  They were wandering in the desert at that time, if you will recall.

  3. i mean you got keep holy the sabbath day, and it's good to go to church. i have to say none though.

  4. None.  Of course, we're no longer subject to the Old Covenant all together.  We're under the New Law that Christ brought.  That's why we worship on the first day of the week, Sunday, and not the Sabbath, Saturday.  If you use a Bible search engine, you'll find New Testament phrases like, "Forsake not the assembly of the saints," and "Gather together on the first day of the week."

But just as a side note, the Hebrews followed MANY more God given laws than the original 10.  These laws covered just about all aspects of life, including times and locations to worship and exactly how to worship.

  5. none

  6. I think the only commandment which could be taken that way is "Thou shalt have no other gods before me."  And that's if sleeping in, watching tv, golf or self is considered "gods."

Christians do not necessarily all follow the 10 Commandments, but we do try to follow the Bible.  Hebrews 10:25 says something about church.

  7. There is no law to go to church.  Church cant save you and the lack of church does not condemn you.

But we do want to worship God corporately with our fellow believers.  You can not grow spiritually in isolation.

  8. None, since the 10 Commandments never applied to the Church -- they applied to the Jewish people in the context of the Mosaic Covenant.  However, the Law is good for all in pointing out God's standards of morality.

Once a person receives God via faith in Jesus, the constraints of the Mosaic Law (including the 10 Commandments) no longer binds us, since the Law was merely a tutor (Galatians 3:24-25).

HOWEVER, Hebrews 10:25 tells us that we should gather together for the purpose of encouraging one another, ESPECIALLY during the end times.

  9. There isn't one.

  10. no there is not any commandment or bible scripture that full on says you must go to church.i Think that is why god gave us free will. you must also keep in mind that god is not the building itself its what you hold in your heart.
