I'll say Sloth.  Why?

It seems harmless, that's why.  It seems seductive to just be passive, to just sit there and do nothing.  But...evil can only *Win* if so-called "good people" sit idly by and....guess what?  *Do Nothing*.

Sloth--laziness in plain english--is that which keeps good people from reacting *with outrage* against the consequences of the other Deadly Sins.  It is that which keeps folks from solving *problems*, or indeed, from even knowing problems are there.

Television and the Mass Media that technology needs, are both good examples of "tools of Sloth", really...

Honorable Mention:  This goes out to Gluttony, just because it's misunderstood.  It's not just about food, that's just one example.

Anything that can become an *Addiction*, obsession, or compulsion of a non-sexual nature can be considered a form of Gluttony, because you *take it into your body*, hello?  Drunks are Gluttons for *drinking* too much.  Stoners are Gluttons for *smoking weed* too much...  See the picture?  It's about being addicted to something you can take into your body *Like Food*, not *just* food.

So yeah, Sloth and Gluttony, in that order, just because folks really *don't* get it, how big these problems can get.  These are the "stealth bombers" of the Seven.  So to speak.  ^_^

For me, sloth.  I think it's a common, and deadly sin with most young people.  Sloth can lead to a number of problems, some of which are even "deadlier".  While this answer doesn't necessarily answer your question concerning which is the "most deadly," I do think that sloth is the most problematic for people in Western society today.  Next to that might be Lust, tied with Gluttony in America.
