  1. the only logically one would be 192.68.0.2-192.68.0.255

wierd, but it will work. your broadcast would be 192.68.0.0, and router would be 192.68.0.1

192.x.x.x-192.x.x.255 don't allow for either the router, or a broadcast address

    10.10.0.1-10.10.255.255, doesn't allow for a router address.

  2. better type cmd at run

type ipconfig at the promt and it'll give you your IP details

  3. I'd go for 10.10 etc 192.68 is trying to trick you thinking about 192.168

  4. 10.10.0.1 - 10.10.255.255

  5. ICANN, the orgainization that manages IP address, as set aside the 10.10.x*x.x*x range for corporate usage as private (firewalled, proxied and nated) networks.  So number 2 is the correct answer.

192.168.x*x.x*x has been reserved for private home networks. I suspect that either the 1st or 3rd answer is missing a "1" before its 68.

The 192.x*x.x*x.x*x range is public, so that would not be the answer

192.68.x*x.x*x is also a public range, and would not be the answer.
