those look really matte..  To really make your eyes pop I would go for a metallic green or gold color. Check out these.

The gemstone jade, majestic green, or something like sunstone would look good.  Out of the shades from the website you provided I would go for the browns.

The one for Hazel.

I have dark brown eyes and purple always make them stand out. Maybe after you apply those two colors on your lid, add a touch of gold under on your brow bone for that added shimmer.
