It has a faster processor and way better sound.

Plus it is cheaper because it's $100 off right now.

Id go with the first choice. It seems just as good as the second but its Cheaper.

The top one is both cheaper and has a faster CPU. Otherwise, they appear identical. I think, if you HAVE to buy one or the other, picking between them should thus be real easy.
