  1. I think threeès would probably be the best. 93 acres would be loads of room for barns pastures, and arenas, plus parking for horse trailers.

  2. were are the fences? pastures? arenas? lots of work on all of them

  3. Well I would say 2 because its flat land, and it has a barn.  Number 1 is nice to you would just have to fence of the pond.  hope that helped.

  4. I LOVE the third one. 93 acres! You can't beat that. AND it's the cheapest!

  5. I like them, 3,2,then 1

  6. 1. the pond would need to be fenced off, but looks good so far

I don't like the price on this, less land of all 3 and more money?

    2. love teh land on this, but good gosh can you clean up BEFORE taking pictures?

    3. I would say this one, the house can be fixed up a bit , but the land 93 acres!!!! and the price is great!!!

  7. the second property is the one for you.

the first one is too expensive in these crazy times.

the third one is defineately the best price but i wonder about how much you would have to put into the house.

  8. 1. I would have to go with Property #3. There is a nice house on it, and there is plenty of flat land you could put a barn/stable on if there isn't one there already.

    2. I would have to go with Property #2. You know for a fact that it has a barn. From the looks of the  land, it is a very nice place. But you would need to put a lot of work into the house.

    3. Property #1. It's a nice place, but depending on how many horses you have, it may not be enough. Also, it doesn't say if there is a barn in place or not.

Edit - Since Property #2 is under construction and you have a $300,000 budget, it's a toss up between Property #2 and Property #3. They are both very nice places, but Property #3 already has the barn for you to work with. I think I would still choose that one.

  9. i like number one

  10. Well I guess I'd go with number 1 then.  Number two already has a barn but the house itself looks like it needs ALOT of work and god knows what shape the barn is in, they don't show it.

Number three is nice to me but not enough pictures period.

You need to go out and see the places if you're serious. Good prices on them all though!
