  1. SPINACH SALAD- fresh spinach, with red onions, diced tomatoes, mushrooms , served with a balsamic aioli

CITY SALAD- spring mix tossed with diced tomatoes, carrots, croutons & sunflower seeds

the fat in the meat isn't worth it. That is great news you are lactose intolerant. We as people shouldn't be eating or drinking milk anyway. So consider yourself blessed. I had to give it up to go vegan (which is doing wonders for my body), and cheese is by far the hardest to give up. Mainly because it has morphine in it.

  2. Southwest Chicken Salad because you are getting the most nutrition out of them all.

  3. PACIFIC RIM CHICKEN SALAD- field greens tossed with sliced chicken breast in an Asian dressing topped with tortilla garnish

  4. The spinach salad certainly looks the healthiest, except for the bacon. Maybe you could request to replace the bacon with grilled chicken. That way, you still get protein without the fat of the bacon. I would also request to get some other kind of dressing on the side. Most aioli's have upwards of 200 calories per serving. Try some sort of vinagrette instead, or ask the restaurant what lowfat dressings they have to offer. Most are very accomodating of dietary needs.

    Hope this helps!

  5. the seared tuna salad because that is the only one with a good source of protein that doesn't have the fatty sides such as cheese, croutons, and fatty dressing

  6. Seared Tuna

  7. Spinach Salad, then seared Tuna, then southwest Chicken.  The others have dressings or croutons, etc that up the value.

  8. SEARED TUNA SALAD
