Which one of these two HDTVs are better?

I work at sears so i probably will get my HDTV from sears since i can get an employee discount.

Which one of these two tvs should i get? And is it worth it? And would it be good for my PS3?

So which one of these TVs are worth it? Or what any other good TV i can get that is under 1500$

  1. Both of these sets are excellent.  However, if you think you may eventually get a blu-ray DVD player, the Sony is the better choice because it will accept the 1080/24p output that the blu-ray player can provide.  This will greatly improve the appearances of movies (which are shot at the 24-frame rate).

    Even better, if you can afford it, is the Sony XBR4 series, which also accepts 1080/24p, but has a 120Hz frame rate for even better motion display.


  2. The Sony Bravia XBR series is the best LCD on the market and the Samsung is the 2nd best.

    Both TVs you are looking at are Full HD (1080p) , so it is really which one you like better.

    I would get the Sony if I were you as it has better software technology inside it , but the Samsung is No2 for a reason , so which TV you decide will suit you fine.

  3. ill go with samsung.we bought this tv   http://www.samsclub.com/shopping/navigat... a while ago and it looked beautiful it looked the same as that samsung one
