Which one of these would look best on a brown haired, blue eyed person?

i just went back to school shopping and i couldnt decide between these two colors so i just got both. i'm planning on returning one of them and getting it in a different color so i dont have the same shirt with almost the same colors. which of these two blues would look best on a brown haired, blue eyed, fair skinned person? and what other color should i get?

The orange would look best, it'll make your eyes look bluer.

honestly the real thing is w/ brown hair girls w/ blue r suppose 2 b rare 2 find, an the 1's i kno look rly good w/ creamy yellow an peach colored tops and dark jeans

id definetly go with the 8th colour. I have brown hair,blue eys and am fair skinned aswell! and id definetly go with that 1st blue, although both are gorgeous.

Then id maybe get a black or white one that can be used with anything really, with different accesories etc to create whatever look you fancy. or id definetly go with yellow! alot of people have set i should wear more yellow, because yellow with brown hair looks s**y. supposedly x

DEFINITELY the lighter colored one.

It will go with your eyes and i think the light blue is a nice summer colour

in my opinion, i think eather the one called 'hazy sky', or 'perriwinkle blue heather'. they would be nice with your eyes. ^-^

p.s. i have blue eyes too!
