It is either 95.11(2)(b) or 95.11(3)(k). I would lean towards the 5 year period in 95.11(2)(b), based upon the language of the statute.

But I found one page that says Florida is five years, and another page that says it is four years. The confusion arises because some states consider CC debt to be an open-ended account while other states consider CC debt to be a written contract.
