Which one route is better for tour? (South INDIA)?

Rameshwaram --> Madurai --> KODAIKANAL --> Banglore

or Rameshwaram --> KODAIKANAL -->Madurai --> Banglore

Starting point is Rameshwaram and final destination Banglore. Also suggest me available transports and time duration?

This is the best route you can go for.

If it fits your budget, hire a car with driver.  If not, do each sector by bus / coach.  Between R M K there are plenty of buses / coaches.  Not sure about K B, its a long journey via Dindigul, Salem and Hosur, but there are bound to be buses.
