  1. sauna goes last cuz you're more relaxed. you wont have alot of energy to work out after the sauna bc it's very relaxing. u could dive into the pool after just to get all the sweat off u, but not like swim to work out.


  2. Work out then, swimming, then sauna...Sauna cleans out your pores and should be done last....You could also do swimming first...

  3. Sauna should go last becuase it relaxes your muscles. If you work really hard it will also eliminate some of the soreness you will experience the next morning as well.

I think you should work out first since it puts lots of stress on the joints and muscles, of course then you can take a break and then go swimming which is rather aerobic and puts no stress on joints or muslces so it serves as both a work out and cool down and then of course the sauna to relax the muscles and body.
