New - Magellan Maestro 3200 GPS Navigation @ circuitcity -- $ 125

Used - Refurbished Garmin nuvi 200 GPS Navigation @ circuitcity -- $ 129

New - Mio C230 GPS @ bestbuy -- $129

I'm on a tight budget. So yeah , I'm not wanting all the fancy stuff. I just need a reliable GPS that can get me from point A to B.

Since you said reliable, skip Magellan.  Their equipment is decent, but as soon as something goes wrong with it and you need technical support, you're on your own.  Their support is outsourced to India, and while they are polite, they only read scripts and are not very knowledgeable.  If I were you, I would be looking at Garmin or TomTom.  Between the TomTom ONE and Garmin nuvi 200 you list, the TomTom is the better deal since they are equivalent units and the TomTom is cheaper.  The C330 is decent, but it is fairly large.
