I would say football you can show it off more, can even throw a few passes with others. You will look ready for the paddy wagon if you walked all the time with a helmet on. You may be thought to have a slight problem. A jersey is going to peel sooner or later if you wear it the numbers and name. To get your helmet shown you have to bring people in to see it. Football you can take it anywhere, and what's the fun in having something if you can't show it off. Unless you have a trophy case then I would get the helmet. Good luck in your decision

Helmet, becaues helmets cost more money and on top of that, if its signed, it'll be worth way more.

I would get a helmet, but also a jersey.

But helmets can get you a good dime for your penny usually if they are replica or game used.
