Cheating has always happened before. Teams get cheated all the time when the referee makes a stupid call.

Ref's cheating. Idk, that just gets to me probably because I hate playing with bad referees...ha ha! Winning silver would be devastating too though...

Not just in the Finals but any important game (playoffs 2007 Suns vs. Spurs game 3 for instance) is just horrible. Its so hard to get over cause you always wonder what coulda been and what shoulda been and if only this call woulda been made or this call wouldn't of ya know. But if USA wins silver and it wasn't tainted and they played their best then its ok. I'd be disappointed but its not as bad as if the Refs cheated ya know

Def the refs and doubt anyones answer will deviate from this choice.

That means a team won unfairly and a team lost unfairly.

But USA men losing, although an upset, was atleast a fair game.

Depends. If you're talking about the 1980 Olympics in Munich, then the USA Mens' Basketball Team receiving silver makes more angry. Not  only were the refs cheating, but the whole staff (people running the clock) cheated. USA won the game...twice. The USA players were so upset, they would not accept silver, and some even put it their will that no family member could ever receive the medal.

Besides, Olympics are more important than one season.
