Since they both cost the same, the first one is better. As you can see, the first one has a 1.8GHz single core processor while the second one has a 1.4GHz single core processor. That's a .4Ghz increase and it will speed everything up.

Everything else is exactly alike, except the first one has a smaller screen, which can be good and bad.
