Which ones better Vizio or Westinghouse?

Probably Westinghouse. They are both junk, third tier TVs, but you have a better chance of getting a Westinghouse repaired (finding service and parts) than a Vizio. Buy cheap, buy twice.

BUT, I have seen Visio and i do like the picture very much.

AWolf is a bit harsh, but I have to agree with him.  These are not units that can be repaired.

You can find some outstanding Sony or Sharp televisions that were "Best of the Year" last year for not much more money than a new Vizio and will probably last longer.

I'v had both Tvs.  The vizio comes with more features and has a much better picture.  The westinghouse has a funky hdmi converter problem.  Definitly go with Vizio and you wont regret it.  I have a vizio and a westinghouse right next to eachother, and vizio out performs.  Dont listen to Awolf, he says the same thing on every board almost copy and paste.  He also gives a thumbs down to every post.  Another thing, Awolf says buy cheap buy twice....what if Vizio overpriced their Tvs like sony and samsung? then woud vizio be better??

A Westinghouse television will have colors that look more washed out than a Vizio.
