But, to answer your question, Reagan did, and he didn't talk **** about America in doing so.

It is simply hilarious that Obama would be speaking in Germany.  After he flat out lied in his Memorial day speech about his uncle being one of the first to liberate Auschwitz.

Obama didn't have an uncle in that time...he is such a liar.
