Which out of these cars is more realiable?

All are the same year , around the mid 1990's

Nissan Maxima

Nissan Altima

Toyota Corolla

Toyota Camry

Lexus Sedans

Mazda Sedans

Volvo Sedans

Mazda sedans or the corolla., The corolla is one of the most reliable cars ever built in the class you listed and described by ever magazine as that. My family had three mazda cars and they worked great.

Out of that list, I would say the Corolla as it is a relatively simple design as, say compared to a Lexus ( less things to go wrong... ).

Keep in mind that when you dealing with a vehicle that is over 10 years old, how it has been driven and maintained up to this point is much more important than just the general reputation of the model.

As a brand Toyota is more reliable than the others.  You should be looking at Honda too. Toyota and Honda are tops in reliability.
