Without a doubt paracetamol. Ingesting 18 of these tablets at one time has been known to kill. I have dealt with such that were suicides. Also some anti malaria tablets can be highly toxic if taken in sufficient quantity, had a death caused by those.

I once dropped a Syndol capsule on the kitchen floor and my mum slipped on it and broke her hip. That was pretty dangerous.
