Which paintball gun do you think is better. smart parts ion or Xe?

They're pretty much the same when it comes to quality. You should just pick which one looks better in this case.

well, the xe is a slightly different ion (ionXE) not a different gun. The only real significant difference is the body is supposed to be a bit better quality than the regular ion and it has bolt out back and the regular ion doesn,t. Performance wise there pretty much equal.

Ion XE is an upgraded version of the Ion, so it's better. It's alot easier to clean (Bolt out back) and the body is better.

The Ion and XE are the same gun except the XE offers the "bolt out back" design.  This allows you to quickly remove the bolt on the XE without having to dismantle the marker for the stock ION.
