  1. No such thing.  You go to school that is ABA approved and you take the exams and receive your certification.  Be warned online paralegal courses are not respected nor accepted at many law firms or even small private offices.


  2. Even if you do pass a paralegal exam, the certificate won't get you a job.  Law offices want employees that have bachelors degrees. - anything less won't get you a job.
