Which part of finchley is the nicest part. i was told east finchley. is that the case? near a tube?

I would say so. Central Finchley isn't bad for the shops, I suppose, but East Finchley has Bishops Avenue, and a park that's quite close to Muswell Hill.

There is also East Finchley Tube Station, it's on the Northern line and it's pretty easy to get to :)

Yes, East Finchley is the nicest part. It's quite separate from North Finchley and Finchley Central, and has a good shopping street and lots of extremely posh houses. There is an East Finchley tube station, which is on the Northern Line.
