Which part of the united states has the most annoying accents?

i say boston cause they are so abrasive and loud. sounds like they have a mouth full of dirt.

  6. North Carolina where there are some Welsh speaking areas. Just imagine someone speaking English but using words containing no vowels.

    Boston: Well as someone returning to the US many times, my favorite port of entry. Greatest place there is to come home through. Hearing them announce. "Welcome to the United States of America and the City of Boston. Look for the personal in blue blazers to help you process though customs and facilitate your flight connections."   No! Sorry!  I love that Boston accent.  New York, Miami, Los Angeles San Francisco, Atlanta.  Now all those make you feel unwelcome. Especially Miami as more English is spoken in Lima Peru than there.
