  1. The parts that code for proteins.  Called cistrons.


  2. Your question isn't that specific you might want to word it better.  My guess is alleles.

  3. It is the sequence of chemicals.  Adenine, Guanine, Cytosine, and Thymine.

    Remember, guanine and cytosine always go in pairs, and the same is true for Adenine and thymine.

    Most of DNA is useless, but for the parts that are used, that's your answer.
