Which pet do you think i should get?

Question

im thinking of getting a pet

i cant have a dog or a cat because my mum wont let me keep it in my house

i want a small pet tht i could carry around with me as im always going from one house to another (im at my mums tuesdays and thursdays,my dads n the weekends and my boyfriends on monday wednesdays and fridays)so i would like to bring it round with me any ideas? im really stuck i need a pet that is very friendly who dosnt mind being handled all the time

its a bonus if i could take me small pet for walks =]

I would get a ferret! They can be litter box trained, kept in a cage and can be carried anywhere. They are wonderful pets!

If you get a bunny and litter train it then you could get a harness for it and you could walk it if you wanted.

You could get ferret, guinea pig, hamster or a rabbit. There is also the option of some sort of reptile or a small bird.

Either a Ferret or a Rabbit. Although if your carrying it around best to have it in a bag or cage as they can wriggle. But they both make good pets and most people who own them take them for walks. I had two guinea-pigs, one loved to be played with and I took her for walks and carried her like a baby but the other one wasn't too keen, however that mite be the same for all small animals. Would you not even be allowed a small dog like a chiuaua maybe an older one that is already house trained and could live in the kitchen or some were, they love being carried around and are friendly.

My friend had the same problem, She couldn't get a dog because her mom hates dogs and she couldn't get a cat because her dad was allergic to cat hair, And she always went back and forth so she got a snake. But, In my case, I really like ferrets, Their pretty cute. And, I think you can walk them, Not sure. =/

it's really not healthy to be moving an animal around like that.  i would have to say wait it out untill you're in a more stable living situation.  you don't want to stress your pet out!!!!

I think you should wait until you have somewhere to live all the time until you get a pet. Most pets are creatures of habit and would be confused by all the too in and fro ing.

u should totally get a ferret!! they are really cute, kinda smelly but if you keep the cage clean they're not to bad. and u can take then for walks anywhere, there is a lady in my town who is always walking her two ferrets around the town. she takes them down to them river and to the shops and they  are really well behaved, they are just like mini sausage dogs!!

how about a chinchila? or a hamster? very small dogs are easy enough to carry around too
