believe it or not...Walmart.  

I have a pond turtle. And i buy a lot of gold fish. The pet stores...The fish are dead before i am out the door. I have never had a fish die on me before I got home from walmart and they are the same distance from my house.

a lot of people say wal mart but they don't have a wide selection and they usually die like 2 day later

Chain stores (Petland, PetCo, etc.) usually have cheaper prices, but, in my experience, their animals aren't in very good condition. I'm willing to pay a little more money for healthier animals from the fish stores in my area.

You would get a better deal for your cat if you get the fish from a fish market, rather than from a pet supplies place.  My cat used to like Coley, which is a type of Cod.

Well wal-mart has lower prices but have a much longer return policy 3 months to return your fish and some wal-marts take them back alive and not just dead. So I would say them because most places only offer a 72 hour or a 2 week guarantee health on their fish ranging in prices of $0.10-$400+ dollars. And walmart has a good selection of great fish and ever so often you can find a rare fish or a high end fish for pretty cheap

You can't you wrong with Wal*Mart fish.

They usually sell fish no more then $7, so I always go to Wal*Mart for my fish purchases.

PetCo is quite cheaper than PetSmart when it comes to their fish. You could try just an actual fish store, but because it's all they sell, they may ask for more money. Plus, both pet stores offer a 14 day quaruntee on their fish, which is always a plus.

Try a Petco animal store near you. Fish arent that expensive so there is no need to worry if oyur thinking of spending alot. Go to the source i linked below. It should help to find a locator and the prices to see which fishes are price ranged. Hope i helped!
