Billups. he's not a defensive liability and has consistent 3pt range, which parker has yet to develop. CB also has a penetration game and a post game. parker has the penetration game (ask eva... okay thats wrong... sorry... sorta). CB is a better passer. and for the person who put up championships 3 to 1... put billups on that team and SA might of actually been repeat repeat repeat repeat champions. who on detroit is as good as duncan and manu? nuff' said.

Chauncy Billups, he is just a better defender, shooter, and player in general.

I prefer Tony, he's a player who can be impressive if he's healthy. Maybe it's because of his good teammates but Chauncey has some decent ones, too. Parker may lack at some categories, like 3-point shooting or free throw, but he can score for you and has good assists. He proved it last season (06-07) by winning the finals mvp. This year, he wasn't as good as the years before, but don't forget that he was injured most of the time and when becoming healthy, he played like previous seasons but it was a little late.

But Billups is getting old, somehow, and can't act like some years ago. You saw it during this year's playoffs, especially against the Celtics; He didn't live up to expectations at all. Maybe I would pick up Chauncey if you asked it some years ago, but now I go with Tony.

as much as i like billups, i'd pick tony because he is much younger and is getting better. chanucey's 32 this year and has a couple more good quality years left.

Chauncey Billups. he can do a lot of things that Tony Parker can't do: consistently hit 3-pointers, post up on other point guards, and play tough defense. the only thing that Parker is better than Billups at is breaking down defenses with his amazing speed.

Billups...Tony Parker is a good player but not a great player. He benefits from having Tim Duncan to run the pick and roll with. While other players may be flashy Duncan is still the best player in the league do to his size strength and agility. Plus he has the rings to prove it. Put Billups and Duncan together last year and they probably win another ring
