Definitely get the M300. All my friend have Razrs and they've all had their razrs replaced. They're really breakable and badly made.

the m300 is better...

it has many features

im not a big fan or the razr

I think the razr looks nicer but be careful razr's break easy but they have good camera's....and a music player.

I have the Motorola V3 Razr.

It is a very nice phone and has a lot of cool features, but you have to be a very careful person if you're going to get it. I have gotten my phone replaced 3 times since Christmas because I have dropped it and broke it. If you are a very careful person you should be fine, but if you're not I advise you not to get that.

I have had both phones.

I found the samsung had a longer lasting battery life, also it was much easier to use, however I did not think it looked as good as the Razr (just my opinion)

the samsung, was a bit tougher (I tend to be quite rough with my phone)

and i found the tones, all the displays etc more visually appealing.

it did however have some problems with signal fade.

in my opinion i would go with the samsung, easier to use, longer battery and the key pad is better.

The Samsung, because everyone has Razrs.. and they have many features but i think the smsung has more..!
