Which picture would make the best headshot?

there are 5 pictures, just look at all the pictures in the album to decide and the picture number is on top of the picture. i can crop and stuff if needed.

None of the five are terrific for your purposes, but of the group, probably picture 2, although your teeth don't look great.  

Just because it's a pretty picture doesn't make it a good headshot. You want something that's flattering but that looks like you. Don't put your hand or a flower in front of your face, that's the part of you they want to see.  

The type of picture depends on whether it's for commercials or stage, stylistically they differ, but always use a black and white 8 x 10. For your age, you might be best going with a recent school photo (you can scan it into your computer and make it B&W) if it came out nice.  Or have someone who is a good hobby photographer take you out for a day and shoot three or four rolls of film. You're bound to get at least four good shots that way.
