Which pilates dvd is best?

Im a full-time mum and don't have time to go to the gym. I have 2 1/2 stone to lose and understand pilates is meant to be really good. I do a cardio dvd workout by the firm which is fab but would like to do pilates to encourage faster results, which dvd do you recomend i get? I know i am only a starter but im quite flexible so i want the best. please help!

  3. I've got two which I'd recommend:

    Pilates for Dummies is pretty good and does a decent amount of standing and sitting pilates, but the woman who does the workout is a bit chirpy if you're doing it first thing in the morning!

    however, the second one is on VHS and I don't know if they do it on DVD, but I know she's done some more, so if you can get one of her workouts on DVD I think it'd be worth it as I found her to be very good at explaining exactly what to do and the music and setting for this vid are very relaxing and calm (the first one is more upbeat).  But they're both good workouts.
