  1. Take Lohse.  He has been a really pleasant surprise so far for the Cardinals posting an 11-2 record with a 3.39 ERA and decent 1.25 WHIP.  Pretty good considering he went 9-12 last year with a 4.62 ERA.  Also in his last 3 starts he has gone 2-0 with a total of 21 innings pitched and just 2 earned runs.  He has 11 quality starts on the season, another solid statistic.  I'd pick him up right away.
