They are all pretty close. But I think that Dominos has the lowest Calorie Pizza. It is also pretty good.

Pizza places don't usually publish their nutritional information the way we force Mickey D's and Burger king.

Either way, what you want to see is a pizza with natural mozzarella.  If it has a lot of oil, it's probably a cheaper Greek pizza place- they use processed cheese (that's why it turns to oil when heated).

A better Italian pie cheese won't turn to oil.  (pepperoni will add oils too!)

So, there is no good way to judge caloric value to pizza joints. Lay off the pepperoni and sausage-  get veggies on it if you want a healthier pie.  Bread, sauce, cheese, and onions and sh'rooms are all healthy!
