Try searching for chinese or vegetarian, they are likely to have tofu. If you state a late hour, e.g. 11pm, you can see what places are open late.

Check geospot.com, it allows searching by open hours so you only get places that are open at that time. The example below is a search for "chinese" open at "11pm".
