Wheat powder is also called wheat four. You can find it in the baking section.

Soy powder or flour is found in the health food section, or a health food store.

not all grocery stores have a specialty/health section, so if not, look in the baking isle...there should be a small section of health brands...like flaxseeds and such. If not order on-line! It could be cheaper!
