Which place is better to live peacefully sydney or perth?

i am living in sydney,but planning to move to perth.how is perth in comparision to money wise ,socially ,property (buying a house),life style,jobs than sydney.all relevant answers are invited.

perth is very isolated but it is benefitting financially from the mining boom which means property prices have been rising.

Perth by far.

Most people here are very easy going and laid back. Housing is expensive of course but what is the difference between here and other states. None!

Sounds like a good idea.

Certainly Perth has cheaper housing, economically it's the fastest growing area in Australia, crime is lower than Sydney and great potential in the long term.
