Which place is cheaper to buy a birthday cake and a snack platter?

I've never heard of either ... but my daughter bought a beautiful graduation 1/2-sheet cake at Costco a couple of weeks ago for $17.  It was at least $20 higher at Kroger

most pound shops sell platters  pretty cheap and supermarkets r getting very cheap 4 birthday cakes now it depends what ur looking for places like somerfield, sainsburys and asda do a big chocolate sponge 4  4.99 or 5.99  but they also have a selection of other cakes at good prices

I've never heard of either place... but I find the cheapest method is to DIY... do it yourself... that's what I do to save some cash.

I live in the BOston area and would say niether. BJ's is a great place for both of those...it's one of the few great deals you'll find there. DO you know anyone with a BJ's membership?
