  1. Mercury and Venus do not have moons. All other planets do.


  2. Venus may not have any moons currently but it probably did at one time. The asteroid 2002 VE has been shown to have a quasi-orbital relationship with Venus. It may have been knocked out of its orbit with Venus by another asteroid.

  8. Mercury, Venus, and (arguably) Mars and Neptune have no natural satellites. All the rest do. But the OP asked which had orbiting moons, regardless of where they came from, so - just Mercury and Venus.
