Well all plants generally are good. This is because they clean the air and add oxygen. Spider plants and dracaena plants take out indoor air pollutants. Plants that are especially good for you would be berries. Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and others. I have a spider plant in most rooms. Also tomatoes can be grown inside or out as can peppers. Fruit trees are a good investment. Roses outside work in most climates in full sun. Zinnias are easy to grow from seed. Basil is also healthy and easy to grow from seed.

i would say the bamboos are very easy.....

flowers are not so easy though, coz they need lotsa care....

u can try the peanut flower, the japanese rose, bougainvillae, and of course the hibiscus....i have lotsa flowers, but i dont know their names, so its difficult to tell u...
